Delivery by Canada Post

Regular delivery costs for CANADA are set by weight and vary between $1 and $20. We will always prioritize the cheapest possible delivery price depending on the product purchased and its weight, which is why some orders do not have a tracking number.

It is possible to request faster delivery, please contact me to see what options would be possible.

Shipping costs for the ‍UNITED STATES vary between $1.30 and $35. Ronron Club is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs that may be applied to your order in the USA.

International delivery not available for now.

Allow 1 to 5 days for processing your order. Then, package reception times are according to Canada Post standards. We offer tracking numbers when the selected delivery method allows it. Your order will be prepared and shipped from Montreal.

I am not responsible if the package is lost or damaged during transport. Contact your post office for more information.

Montreal and surrounding areas, it is now possible to pick up your Ronron.club order at my workshop BY APPOINTMENT ONLY at Chat des Artistes
2205 rue Parthenais in Montreal, room #110 on the ground floor (ring 110 at the door)

You simply have to select this option at checkout, you will receive a notification when it is ready to be collected so we can fix a pick up appointment.

Returns and exchanges

Exchanges and refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase . Please contact me via the contact tab for any request on this subject.

Be aware that stained items, items damaged by bodily fluids (sweat, blood, etc.) and antiperspirant, odorous items (cigarette smell, marijuana smell, campfire smell, etc.) and items altered (stained, punctured, torn, etc.) will be considered final sale , therefore non-exchangeable/non-refundable.
