Shipping policy

Delivery by Canada Post

Regular shipping rates for CANADA and the USA are based on weight and are determined by the Shopify calculator. We will always prioritize the lowest possible shipping price based on the product purchased and its weight, which is why some orders are sent by letter mail by default.

Free shipping to CANADA and the USA on orders of $150 or more.

Please allow 1 to 5 days for your order to be processed. After that, package delivery times are based on Canada Post standards. We provide tracking numbers when the selected delivery method allows. Your order will be prepared and shipped from Montreal.

I am not responsible if the package is lost or damaged during transit. Contact your local post office for more information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Ronron Club is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs that may be applied to your order.

International shipping is currently not possible due to recent VAT changes.

Simply select this option at checkout. You will receive a notification when it is ready for pickup so we can schedule an appointment.

Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges and refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase. Please contact me via the contact tab for any inquiries.

Please be aware that stained items, items damaged by bodily fluids (sweat, blood, etc.) and antiperspirant, odorous items (cigarette odor, marijuana odor, campfire odor, etc.), and altered items (stained, holes, torn, etc.) will be considered final sale and therefore non-exchangeable/non-refundable.
