I live outside of Canada, can I still order?

Unfortunately, not internationally. We only accept orders within Canada and the United States. Refer to the “Delivery and Returns” page for more information or contact me directly.

I can't find my size, is this possible?

Yes it's possible. Being a small company, I proceed with small productions at a time. Plus, everything is printed by hand and a lot of items are unique. So, it happens that I "sell out" quite quickly in certain sizes. I adjust the stock over time. You can monitor social media to stay up to date with the latest arrivals or contact me to let me know you are interested!

Can I pick up my order in person to avoid delivery charges?

Yes, Ronron.club now has a pickup point in Montreal at Chat des artistes BY APPOINTMENT. You simply have to select this option at checkout, and I will contact you by email to set up an appointment.

If you prefer a walk-in pickup option, I also offer the pickup option at Studio Intik on Mont-Royal E. Just write me in notes if this is the option you prefer. They are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Can I find your products in store?

Currently, you can find several of our products at Citizen Vintage Mile End (where I also made collaborative items, as well as the spring/summer 2022 showcase).

I also have some stationery items at Papeterie Café Nueva Era in Saint-Hubert.

How do I maintain my Ronron.club clothing items?

The secret recipe is to avoid the dryer! We wash in cold water (better for the planet!) and air dry everything! In addition, you should not iron directly on the designs because the ink could go crazy (it's better to iron on the reverse side)!

How do I maintain my Ronron.club tufted rugs?

Store indoors, in a location with little traffic for a regular carpet. Hang with a nail for a wall rug.

Do not machine wash! It is best to wash by hand only with a damp cloth, using mild detergent if necessary.

If your rug contains acrylic, it's common for it to become fluffy. Use a lint shaver or mini vacuum to clean them.

If your rug is folded due to delivery, place a damp towel on the back and iron to flatten it.
