  • Allow 1 to 5 days for your order to be processed. Your order will be prepared and shipped from Montreal.

    Once the order is processed and shipped, delivery times are according to the shipping company's standards and estimates. I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.

    We offer tracking numbers on most of the orders. Lettermail shipping doesn't include a tracking number.

  • Regular shipping costs (Canada Post Expedited Parcel) with a tracking number for CANADA are automatically calculated by Shopify with their preferential rates. When possible, letter mail delivery without a tracking number is available (for example, for an order of a few stickers).

    Faster delivery is possible by choosing the Canada Post Xpresspost or Canada Post Priority options.

    I am not responsible if the package is lost or damaged during transit. Contact your post office for more information.

    Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • It is possible to pick up your Ronron Club order at my art studio BY APPOINTMENT ONLY at Chat des Artistes in Montreal. You just have to select the pick up option at checkout and you will receive a notification when the order is fullfilled so that we can schedule an appointment.

  • Shipping costs with or without a tracking number for the USA are automatically calculated by Shopify with preferential prices. All shipments include customs duties and tariffs (delivered duty paid (DDP)). I send packages with Canada Post or Chit Chats.

    A phone number is required for tracked delivery.

    Most of my items comply with the CUSMA (Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement). Items that do not comply are those Made in China, such as my keychains, pins, and acrylics, so more tariffs are to be expected. I include all this information in customs declarations during delivery.

    I am not responsible for additional tariffs. I am not responsible if the package is lost or damaged during transit. Contact your post office for more information.

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept international orders at this time. Please let me know if you're interested!

  • Exchanges and refunds are possible within 30 days of purchase. Please contact me via the contact page for any requests regarding this matter.

    For a refund, you are responsible for returning the item at your own expense or dropping it off at my art studio.

    For exchanges in Canada, I provide a shipping label or a code for easy return at a Canada Post counter. For exchanges in the USA or internationally, the customer is responsible for returning the order at their own expense. As soon as I receive the return, I will mail out the new exchange order.

    Please note that stained, damaged, odorous, washed, and/or altered items will be considered final sale, and therefore non-exchangeable and non-refundable. The item must be in the same condition as at the time of sale.

    DISCLAIMER: Ronron club is not fast fashion; please do not abuse the return service (for example, to try on an item and send it back). Please read all sizing information before ordering. Do not hesitate to contact me with any questions before placing your order to ensure your satisfaction. :)

  • Oops, mistakes happen (I'm human, after all)! Contact me quickly via the contact page or at info@ronronclub.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the error without hassle.

  • Yes, it's possible. As a small slow fashion company, I produce in small quantities. Additionally, everything is hand-printed or hand-painted. So, I sometimes "sell out" quickly in certain sizes—or items are unique (only one size available). I adjust stock over time. You can follow my social media for updates on the latest arrivals or contact me to express your interest!

    If you are plus-sized, please know that I do custom orders for painted clothing up to 4XL or 5XL depending on the item, and I would be happy to make your unique shirt! For more information, contact me!

  • The secret recipe for a long life: wash inside out in cold water to protect the design and air dry. It is still possible to tumble dry inside out on low heat. Iron inside out on low heat. Do not bleach.

    The paint I use is durable and made for textiles. All painted designs are heat set to ensure good durability. Expect slight fading on the first wash; upon contact with water, the paint will penetrate the textile fibers for its final setting.

    All screen-printed clothing are of lasting quality thanks to plastisol ink.

  • Keep indoors, in a low-traffic area for a regular rug. Hang with a nail for a wall rug.

    Do not machine wash! It is best to hand wash with a damp cloth or in the bathtub with mild detergent.

    If your rug becomes fluffy, use a lint shaver or a vacuum cleaner to clean it.

    If your rug is folded due to delivery, place a damp towel on the back and iron to flatten it.
